PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, Rodney Macholan, brought this negligence action against the defendant, Steve Wynegar, for injuries he allegedly sustained after their vehicles collided near David City, Nebraska. The defendant admitted negligence, but denied that the plaintiff's personal injuries were proximately caused by the accident. Following a jury trial, a verdict was returned in favor of the defendant.
