Defendant-appellant, National Life Insurance Company ("National"), appeals the trial court's judgment that the plaintiffs-appellees, Katherine and Michael Gollings, were irrevocable beneficiaries of a life insurance policy and as such entitled to notice when the policy became due or was unpaid.
