Gene McLaughlin appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Cole, J.) after the court rejected McLaughlin's appeal from his conviction in the District Court (Biddeford, Saufley, J.) for assault. 17-A M.R.S.A. § 207 (1990).
