BLUE, Judge.

Peggy S. McIntire appeals the imposition of $50 for costs of prosecution under section 939.01, Florida Statutes (1991). We agree and order these costs stricken because the trial court failed to consider her financial resources as required by the statute. § 939.01(5). The judgment is affirmed in all other respects.
