Robinson for conspiracy to distribute cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, and possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Both defendants filed motions to suppress evidence, challenging the legality of the stop prior to their arrests...
