The issues raised by this appeal are whether the trial court erred in remanding this case to the OAH for a hearing on (1) whether respondent's termination of petitioner violated petitioner's substantive and procedural rights, and (2) the issues regarding respondent's warnings to petitioner. Because we find that OAH lacked subject matter jurisdiction over petitioner's case regarding her dismissal, we conclude that as to this issue, the trial court erred...
