Defendant was tried before a jury and convicted of robbery by intimidation. A hearing was conducted immediately before trial on defendant's motion to suppress the testimony of Suzanne Raborn, the only eyewitness who identified defendant as perpetrator of the crime charged. Investigator Charles Reid Crider of the Columbia County Sheriff's Office then testified that Ms. Raborn identified defendant in a photo line-up as perpetrator of the crime...
