PER CURIAM:

This case is before this Court upon the appeal of the May 21, 1993, order of the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia. The jury found that appellants, Dan Brewer and Sonja Busic, had defamed the appellee, Larry Estep, and awarded the appellee $250,000 in damages ($200,000 in compensatory damages and $50,000 in punitive damages).
