This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Mike Anderson, of an order of the Douglas County District Court granting summary judgment on behalf of the defendant Nashua Corporation (Nashua). Nashua had hired Anderson's employer, W.S. Bunch Co. (Bunch), to paint the interior of several underground storage tanks on Nashua's property.
