CIRILLO, Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. We affirm.

Appellant Jose Bourgeon was charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and corruption of minors as a result of an assault on two minor boys, Justin Z., age seven, and David S., age eleven. Both boys testified at trial. The trial resulted in a hung jury and a mistrial was declared. Bourgeon was retried and convicted...
