This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. We affirm.
Appellant Jose Bourgeon was charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and corruption of minors as a result of an assault on two minor boys, Justin Z., age seven, and David S., age eleven.
