This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of AVCO Financial Services, Inc. ("AVCO") for determination of the dischargeability of a debt owed to it by Everette Abdul'Faruq and Shawna Abdul'Faruq (the "Abdul'Faruqs") pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B).
