We have for review, on express and direct conflict, Love v. Garcia, 611 So.2d 1270 (Fla. 4th DCA 1992). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.

On the night of April 3, 1986, Garcia, while attempting to cross an intersection, was struck and injured by an automobile driven by Love.
