This appeal concerns a $20,000 debt owed by debtor-appellant John A. Maurice to appellee John F. Dornik. The bankruptcy court held that the debt was nondischargeable in bankruptcy under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(6). The district court affirmed the bankruptcy court's decision and the debtor appealed. We find no merit to Maurice's claims...
