In this adversary proceeding plaintiff filed a complaint seeking to except a debt from debtor's discharge pursuant to provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5) and also to deny debtor's discharge in bankruptcy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(b).
