In this case we are asked to decide whether a defendant who enters a not guilty and not criminally responsible plea and who subsequently waives his right to a jury trial on the guilt/innocence issue should be advised by the court that he is simultaneously waiving his right to a jury trial on the criminal responsibility issue.
