Kent Brummels pleaded guilty to violating 21 U.S.C. § 610(a) (1988), which prohibits the adulteration of meat capable for use as human food. Brummels appeals the district court's1 determination that the conduct to which he pleaded guilty qualified as a felony under 21 U.S.C. § 676(a) (1988).
