Following a traffic accident in Ocean City that left a pedestrian seriously injured, appellant was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving bodily injury, failure to remain at the scene, and failure to render reasonable assistance to an injured person.
