In this consolidated appeal, we consider the scope of an informal immunity agreement. A federal grand jury indicted Lonson Jaa Luloff for drug offenses and a firearm offense. The district court dismissed the indictment and suppressed evidence seized during a search of Luloff's residence. The government appeals from both orders. After the district court dismissed the indictment, a different grand jury indicted Luloff for additional drug offenses...
