On stipulated facts, Eileen Joy Chaussee was convicted of the manufacture of a controlled substance, marijuana. RCW 69.50.401(a)(1). She contends the officers violated her Fourth Amendment rights by driving eight-tenths of a mile on a private road posted with "no trespassing" signs.1 We affirm.
