Following his conviction on counts charging rape and abuse of a child under the age of sixteen without force (G.L.c. 265, § 23), unnatural and lascivious acts on a child under the age of sixteen (G.L.c. 272, § 35A), and open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior (G.L.c. 272, § 16), the defendant appeals claiming error in the introduction of testimony elicited from fresh complaint witnesses, and in the prosecutor's use of such testimony...
