Precision Equities, Inc. (Applicant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County affirming a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board (Board) of the Borough of Franklin Park (Borough) which denied Applicant's validity challenge to the Borough's Zoning Code (Code). We affirm.
