The defendant, Frances L. Thompson, appeals from the judgment of the district court which overruled her motion for a new trial. Actually, Thompson filed one motion on May 24, 1993, claiming newly discovered evidence, and a supplement to that motion on November 23, claiming prosecutorial misconduct in withholding potentially exculpatory materials.
