This adversary proceeding came on for trial on the 27th day of July and 16th day of August, 1994, on the Trustee's Complaint to Revoke and Deny Discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(d)(1) and/or (d)(2) on the basis that Robert Deskins (Deskins) fraudulently concealed assets from the bankruptcy Trustee. As such, the case falls within this Court's core jurisdiction...
