The plaintiff, Richard Rogozinski, appeals from the trial court's judgment rendered following the granting of the defendants'1 motions for summary judgment. On appeal, the plaintiff claims the trial court improperly (1) held that the plaintiff's action was barred by the statute of limitations, and (2) set aside the default for failure to plead against the defendant Connecticut Light and Power Company (CL&P).
