Laura Kross appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in March 1993, after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the District of Vermont before Franklin S. Billings, Jr., J. Kross was indicted on five counts of making false declarations in a civil deposition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623, and the jury found her guilty on three counts.
