Because the two offenses for which the defendant was sentenced as a habitual violent felony offender occurred during the same criminal episode, it was error to impose consecutive rather than concurrent thirty-year sentences. Hale v. State, 630 So.2d 521 (Fla. 1993). The cause is remanded for correction of the sentences...
