On September 9, 1991, real estate owned by Westmoreland Leasing, Inc. (Leasing) was exposed to public sale by the Westmoreland County Tax Claim Bureau (Bureau) pursuant to the provisions of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law1 (Tax Sale Law) for unpaid taxes2 and costs3 for the upset price of $560.00.
