In this medical malpractice case, a tribunal found that the plaintiff's offer of proof was inadequate, and the plaintiff filed a bond in the amount of $6,000. After a trial on the merits, the jury returned a verdict for the defendant. Judgment for the defendant entered May 7, 1992.

Numerous posttrial proceedings followed regarding the bond and the defendant's costs, many of which were inappropriate
