BAKER, J.

Raymond Carlisle appeals his conviction of burglary in the first degree, alleging prosecutorial misconduct. He argues that a defense witness refused to testify after the prosecutor threatened him with prosecution if the witness testified, thus denying him his right to compulsory and due process. We find no misconduct, and affirm.
