Joan M. Brunner appeals from a district court judgment affirming a decision by the Department of Human Services finding her ineligible for Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) benefits from November 1992 through February 1994, because she received a lump-sum award of $5,790 for unemployment benefits. We affirm. Following the decision of the United States Supreme Court in Gardebring v. Jenkins, 485 U.S. 415
