In December 1990, the plaintiffs, W. Grady Huie, Frank A. Valdini, and S. Sanford Schlitt sued the defendants, Dent & Cook, P.A., and two of its shareholders (the law firm). In August 1992, the trial court entered a summary final judgment in favor of the law firm.
