In a trial held over six years ago, defendant Champaign National Bank sued Landers Seed Company, Incorporated, and Maxine, Glen and Charles Landers (plaintiffs are referred to jointly herein as "Landers") in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Moultrie County, Illinois, to collect on a promissory note.
