This a copyright infringement action in which the appellant, Anthony McGaughey, claims the appellees, Twentieth Century Fox Television ("Fox"), Time Warner Inc. ("Time"), and Viacom Inc. ("Viacom"), infringed the copyright in his unpublished novel, The Saurian, by production, exhibition and distribution of the motion picture Dreamscape. We AFFIRM the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the appellees...
