This appeal addresses whether Nebraska courts have jurisdiction over a Missouri amusement park which advertises in this state for customers. Wendy Lou Dunham and Eric Dunham each brought an action against Hunt Midwest Entertainment, Inc., doing business as Worlds of Fun, in the district court for Douglas County, alleging that each had been injured on an amusement ride at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri.
