This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Terrebonne Fuel & Lube, Inc. ("Terrebonne") in a breach of contract suit. The defendant-appellant, Placid Refining Company ("Placid") alleges a number of errors as to both liability and damages.
