OPINION

NORTON, Judge.

Appellant contends the district court erred in granting summary judgment for respondent on his claim for damages arising out of an underground explosion and steam leak. Appellant's claim against respondent tortfeasor is distinct from other claims he subrogated to his casualty insurer. We reverse and remand for trial.
