In April 1993 defendant Marcus Adams was convicted of one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2)). In August 1993 he was sentenced to 51 month's imprisonment, to be followed by three years' supervised release.
