In April 1993 defendant Marcus Adams was convicted of one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2)). In August 1993 he was sentenced to 51 month's imprisonment, to be followed by three years' supervised release. Defendant Adams now appeals his conviction claiming, among other things, that the district court erroneously denied his motion to suppress the evidence which formed the basis...
