On April 25, 1983, the Superior Court, Sagadahoc County, entered a judgment granting the plaintiff, Susan Most, a divorce from the defendant, Douglas Most. After the plaintiff filed a motion for amendment, the court, without conducting a hearing, revised the judgment. Asserting the court was required as a matter of law to conduct a hearing prior to modification, and if not, abused its discretion by failing to do so, the defendant appeals from that...
