The appellant, Thomas Leon Garner, appeals from the trial court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Rule 32, A.R.Crim.P. Garner was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol in August 1986 following a bench trial in municipal court in the City of Brewton. He did not appeal the conviction.
