A Superior Court jury returned guilty verdicts against the defendant on indictments charging him with trafficking in more than twenty-eight grams of cocaine, assault by means of a dangerous weapon (two counts), possession of a firearm, possession of a Class D controlled substance, and possession of ammunition. On appeal, he raises four issues. Our focus is on one of the issues: whether the judge improperly allowed the prosecution to introduce in evidence...
