BECK, Judge:

In this case we decide, inter alia, whether appellants raised a genuine issue of material fact as to "visible intoxication." Appellants allege error in the trial court's grant of summary judgment to appellees. We affirm.

William Conner (Conner) was injured when a car driven by Walter Duffy (Duffy) collided with the motorcycle Conner was riding. Duffy, along with several friends, was returning home from a baseball game at Veteran's Stadium...
