Jimmy Hogan moved the district court to suppress evidence that Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents had seized during a search of his car pursuant to a warrant. The district court denied his motion. Reserving his right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion, Hogan conditionally pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine...
