On appeal she maintains that the trial court erred in (1) failing to suppress certain physical evidence seized during the execution of a search warrant, on the ground that the police violated the "knock and announce" statute, D.C.Code § 33-565(g) (1993); (2) failing to suppress evidence seized from her daughter...
