Appealing from his convictions of manufacturing a Class D controlled substance and possessing a Class D controlled substance, the defendant challenges on Federal and State constitutional grounds the sufficiency of the affidavit in support of a search warrant for his single-family house and shed. He claims error in the denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained on the execution of the warrant.
