This is a prosecutor's appeal as of right from the trial court's decision to sentence both defendants as juveniles. We affirm.

Pursuant to a plea bargain, both defendants pleaded guilty of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and assault with intent to rob while armed, MCL 750.89; MSA 28.284.
