Lee, was adjudged guilty of two counts of first degree sexual assault, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-319(1)(c) (Reissue 1989), which prohibits one 19 years of age or older from sexually penetrating, including through fellatio, another who is less than 16 years of age, Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-318(6) (Reissue 1989).
