Lewis appeals his conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with an unlawful alcohol concentration.

Lewis was arrested after a police officer responded to a one-vehicle accident call. The officer found Lewis with an injured leg and noticed a strong odor of alcohol about him, that he had bloodshot eyes and his speech was slurred.
