The appellant, D.K.F.,1 a minor, was adjudicated delinquent on the underlying offense of carrying a pistol in a vehicle without a license in violation of § 13A-11-73, Code of Alabama 1975. The appellant was committed to the Department of Youth Services and was placed on probation.
