Defendant, Bruce Niedzwiedz, appeals the order of the circuit court of Du Page County convicting him of driving under the influence of alcohol (625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(2) (West 1992)) and denying his motion to dismiss the charges, quash the arrest, and suppress the evidence.
