MURRAY, Justice.

The defendant, Thomas H. Austin (Austin), appeals from a Superior Court jury conviction on one count of assault with intent to commit robbery and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. Austin was sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment on the intent-to-commit-robbery charge and ten years' imprisonment on the assault-with-a-dangerous-weapon charge.
